A salary analysis helps you to examine whether your wages are fair and if there is need for improvement. This will help you address inequality for both current and potential employees. If your result is within the tolerance value of 5% (official federal value), you will receive the “We Pay Fair” certificate of the University of St. Gallen. We offer a wide range of services related to salary analysis, from in-depth examinations to coaching on specific questions regarding your wage system.
